But that's not all. It's also hidden in some beloved "treats" that people consume on a daily basis, such as sodas, fruit juices, candies, and ice cream.

It also lurks in almost all processed foods, including breads, meats and also in the condiments like ketchup.

Many people realize they are addicted to sugar when throughout the day, they would often find themselves craving something sweet and comforting that would give them a little lift.

1. LACK OF ENERGY AND FATIGUE
Having energy from sweets is temporary feeling which can transform into fatigue if it is too frequent. Fatigue appears if your body is full with carbs that give only short time energy and after that you feel tired and exhausted.

If you have increased desire for carving it means that your body already has sugar addiction.

3. COLD AND FLU ALL THE TIME
Some people are more sensitive and vulnerable on viruses and other negative influences. Believe it or not the cause for it can be found in the sugar intake. Those who eat more sugar have weaker immunity that is unable to protect itself from sudden viruses or allergies.

Too much sugar in blood can cause different problems on which sometimes you are not aware. For example you may suffer from high inflammation but you could have no idea about it. If the inflammation continue then skin issues can appear, your skin starts to be dryer, without oil or you may be faced with eczema. if you are sugar lover and you also notice changes on the skin of your feet make sure they are caused because of the high levels of sugar.

Another thing that you need to remember is that if you eat sugar and sweets you will get darker circles around your eyes sooner or later.

7. WEIGHT GAIN
The last and most obvious sign that you have excessive intake of sugar is the body weight. Since sugar does not have proteins, fiber or other healthy ingredients but only calories and unhealthy carbs, those transform into insulin. When they are taken into the body the pancreas transform them into insulin that represents energy for the body, but too much insulin stays unused and the body becomes resistant on insulin. Since there is no normal body function and reaction on the insulin the sugar stay stored in the body as additional weight. High blood sugar levels lead to diabetes.
