You snore very loud and frequently. People who snore are bound to have stress issues, which increases the blood sugar level.

According to some studies, half of the people who have type 2 diabetes experiences difficulty in sleeping. While other studies shows that 23% of the patients who had issues with snoring were later on diagnosed with diabetes.

Thus, it is highly recommended to check yourself and to figure out if you have this kind of disease in which you have been previously diagnosed from some kind of sleeping disorder.

4. Your vision will improve
This is not a good sign. Some patients who have been experiencing an increase in their blood sugar levels have claimed that their vision has suddenly improved and they have stopped using their reading glasses.

When the level of their insulin has been back to normal, they tend to use their glasses once again.

Even though there has been no official studies have been taken to prove this, some doctor’s claims that the improvements of eyesight is tightly connected with diabetes.

5. Itchiness
The diabetes harms the blood circulation, which leads to itchiness and dryness of the skin.

This situation is something that you should not be ashamed of. Some of the patients who were diagnosed with diabetes complained of a relentless itchiness of the extremities, hands and feet.

Doctors should take this symptom into consideration and people who are experiencing this, should consult with a medical person immediately.
