E. Friday:
Breakfast– hall two carrots, two hard-boiled eggs and one tablespoon sour cream
Lunch– two carrots and one cup freshly squeezed orange
Dinner– 3.3 oz (100 g) of boiled fish and one boiled egg

F. Saturday:
Breakfast– 5 oz (150 g) of low-fat yogurt and one freshly squeezed juice from citrus
Lunch– two boiled eggs and two grapefruit
Dinner– only water

G. Sunday:
Breakfast– two boiled eggs and half a grapefruit
Lunch– 6.6 oz (200 g) of beef and one orange
Dinner– only water

Additional tips:
