Bananas and their peels are rich in potassium and magnesium which will relax your body and help you sleep. The recipe needs organic bananas, and the tea can be prepared in only 10 minutes. Here’s how:

Ingredients
1 banana
A small pot of water
A pinch of cinnamon

Preparation
Cut off the end of a banana and put it like that in a pot of water. Boil the mixture for 10 minutes, then strain the tea in a cup, add the cinnamon and enjoy it before going to bed.

You can also eat the warm banana – just sprinkle some cinnamon on it and eat the goodey fruit for a delicious treat.
