Besides it's inexpensive, eggs are jam-packed with vitamins, minerals, protein and healthy fats.

In fact, their protein and fat content, along with their lack of carbohydrates, makes eggs an excellent choice if you’re watching your blood sugar levels.

A recent study showed that eating one hard-boiled egg for breakfast may lower your blood sugar levels for the rest of the morning and improve overall blood sugar levels.

Here’s what you need to do:

1. Boil an egg in the evening and after you peel it make a few holes in it using a fork.

2. Put the egg in a bowl and pour vinegar over it. Leave it overnight.

3. In the morning, pour away the vinegar and you need to eat the egg.

4. While eating the egg, drink a glass of warm water in which you need to dissolve a tablespoon of vinegar.

Note: While you are using this remedy, you need to be careful what food you are consuming and to remove the source that increased your blood sugar levels.
