If You Have Cracked Lips Or Hair Loss, You Need These Vitamins In Your Body!

Vitamins along with minerals are considered essential nutrients because they perform hundreds of roles in the body. They help shore up bones, heal wounds, and bolster your immune system.

They also convert food into energy, and repair cellular damage.

Moreover, when a vitamin deficiency occurs, several symptoms appear. In what follows, we have grouped together the common symptoms that show a vitamin deficiency.

* Cracked lips

Chapped lips, is one of the telltale signs of a lack of vitamins and minerals, including zinc, iron and vitamins B2, B3 and B12. These deficiencies are generally present among vegetarians.

To have hydrated and beautiful lips, it's recommended to consume a larger amount of chard, nuts, poultry, fish (tuna and salmon), eggs and seafood. For better absorption of iron, remember to consume vitamin C, present in broccoli, red peppers, cabbage and cauliflower.

* Skin rash and hair loss

If you lose your hair and you notice the appearance of unexplained rash on your face or other parts of your body, you’re probably lacking in vitamin B7 (biotin), known for its restorative and protective hair and skin properties.

Consume cooked eggs, avocado, mushrooms, cauliflower, soybeans, bananas and raspberries.

* A sensation of tingling and numbness in hands, feet or other body parts

These sensations may be accompanied by other problems, such as anemia, fatigue, depression and hormonal disorders which is usually due to a peripheral nerve damage connecting the brain and internal organs, skin, muscle and blood vessels. They are caused, among other things, by a deficiency in folic acid (vitamin B9), vitamin B6 and B12.

Include in your diet, a greater amount of spinach, asparagus, beets, eggs, seafood, crab and chicken meat.

* Muscle cramps, severe pain in the fingers, wrists, feet, legs and back

These appear from deficiency or imbalance of minerals such as potassium, calcium and magnesium which are all needed for healthy bones and muscles. Their lack in the body can be caused by excessive stress or excessive sweating due to strenuous physical activity.

Eat more foods rich in these three minerals. Among them are: bananas, almonds, hazelnuts, zucchini, apple, grapefruit, broccoli, cherries and dark leafy green vegetables.

* Red or white buttons, similar to acne, on the face, arms, thighs and back

If you suffer from red and white buttons that resemble acne pimples, but are harder and more painful, you are probably in need of essential fatty acids, vitamin A and vitamin D.

Essential fatty acids have a role to strengthen the skin’s structure and ensure hydration, which helps maintain its elasticity and suppleness. While,, vtamin D is very beneficial to the skin because it provides moisture and protects against certain diseases such as psoriasis.

Eat more essential fatty acids and avoid saturated and trans fats. Prefer salmon, sardines, walnuts, almonds, flax and hemp seeds. You can promote vitamin D synthesizing by exposing yourself to the sun.
