Avoid This Beverage to Reduce Your Risk of Having a Stroke and Heart Attack!!!

When feeling tired and out of energy, many people’s first reaction is to reach for an energy drink. One of the most famous energy drinks most people usually take was Red Bull.

Many people are not aware that a single can of Red Bull can increase your risk of a heart attack or stroke, whether you are young or old.

It is loaded with caffeine and makes your blood sticky, which can cause a stroke or other cardiovascular problems.

In just an hour after consuming a can of Red Bull, your blood can compare to someone’s with cardiovascular disease.

This popular drink has been banned in Norway, Uruguay, and Denmark because of health risks.

In Kuwait, the Ministry of Commerce also banned Red Bull for persons under 16 years old after it caused a heart attack in two young boys, one was 16 and the other was 21.

According to some research, No less than 3.5 billion cans of Red Bull were sold last year in 143 countries.

Red Bull’s primary ingredients are caffeine and sugar. It also contains aspartame, the artificial sweetener that has been linked to neurotoxic, metabolic, allergenic, fetal, and carcinogenic, which will provide you with a quick burst of energy.

However, this is not a lasting effect, and drinking several in a row will not turn you into a flying superhero, no matter how hard their marketing strategy try to convince you otherwise.

This energy drink is similar to soda or coffee because when the effect wears off you’ll start feeling sluggish as well as will likely yearn for one more can or cup to boost your energy once more.

So instead of drinking this every day, experts advise that by doing the following things you can successfully boost your energy levels:

- Improve your diet
- Exercise Regularly
- Increase your intake of omega-3 fatty acids
- Reduce your stress levels
- Get enough sleep
- Cut down on sugars
