The Heart 7 pressure point is located on the anterior side of the transverse crease of the wrist. Find a little depression on the radial side of the ulnar tendon and you’ve located the point. Put a needle in – if you’re uncomfortable, use the ulnar side of the ulnar tendon.

Pericardium 6

This point is located on the anterior side of the wrist, 2 finger widths from the2 transverse crease of the wrist. The point lies between the tendons right up your arm, and when stimulated, it will provide a powerful sensation.
