You will need:

- 1 oz. envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 bunch of celery
- 3 lbs. of carrots, sliced in bite size
- 1 large head of cabbage chopped in small chunks
- 6 large green onions, chopped in bite size
- 2 (8 oz.) cans of green beans
- Salt and pepper

Directions:

1. Put all the ingredients together in a pot, add the spices and pour some water.

2. Bring to boil.

3. Reduce the heat, and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Make sure you cook the vegetables until they become tender.

- 1 diced bell pepper
- 1 large onion
- 1 bulb of garlic (sliced)
- 1 large cabbage (shredded)

- 1 kombu seaweed (rinsed and sliced)
- 2 Ibs. of tomatoes (crushed)
- 1 leek (rinsed and sliced)
- Broth
- Lots of herbs
- Pepper and salt

Directions:

1. Saute everything except the cabbage and tomatoes.

2. On a separate pot, put the tomatoes and the cabbage and pour water over them. Bring it to boil.

3. When it starts to boil, you need to reduce the heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes.

4. Wait until the vegetables become tender and then you need to add some fresh or dried herbs and simmer for additional 5 minutes.  Add salt and pepper.

Note: 
You should be careful and don’t consume this soup all the time, is may lead to malnutrition. So, make sure you drink a lot of water and you can also add kombucha for the beneficial yeast and bacteria for your digestive system
