Drink One Glass of This Drink Every Morning To Avoid Gaining Weight



Obesity is very alarming these days, mostly because of the lifestyle choices we make, or we are forced to live in certain way.

This includes, less attention paid to what we eat, we don’t always consume healthy meals, and of course, lack of exercise. and a lot of natural remedies had been published online on how to lose those excess abdominal fats.

It is frustrating to look at the scale and see extra pounds, or waistband that used to fit is now too-tight.

 Fortunately, in addition to diet and exercise, there are some little things we can do to halt gaining weight and improve our health. This is my favorite little home remedy.


You will need:

• 2 pounds of lemon
• 5 parsley sprigs
• 3 liters of water
• 1 tablespoon of baking soda.

Instructions:

1. Slice the lemon and parsley.
2. Bring to a boil in the water.
3. Add the baking soda after letting boil for 5 minutes.
4. Let stand for an hour.
5. Strain the mixture and you should have about 1.5 liters of syrup.
6. Drink on an empty stomach one shot glass at a time.
