A urinary tract infection (UTI) occurs when bacteria (germs) get into the urinary tract and multiply.

However, while you are in the middle of your treatment, unfavorable side effects will be felt, such as: - abdominal cramps - diarrhea - vomiting - stomach upset - rash - vaginal discharge Due to these nasty side effects, people were looking for natural remedies that might relieve or eliminate UTI. But there is one remedy that people swear, so effective that the elimination of bacteria in the renal system is possible.

Here is the recipe of the very simple yet effective remedy for UTI: 

- 250 grams parsley root


- 250 grams of lemon rind


- 250 grams honey

- 2 dl of olive oil

Preparation: 
1. Slice the parsley root thinly.
2. Place it on the blender with the rest of the ingredients.
3. Blend until you end up with a smooth consistency.
4. Transfer to a clean container and store in the fridge.

You only have to consume a spoonful f it daily, preferably in the morning and make sure to drink plenty of water. This will help flush out the bacteria present in your renal system which will shorten the duration of the infection.

You could also increase hour fluid intake by drinking herbal teas, natural fruit juices and soup.
It's not unlikely to suffer from UTI repeatedly throughout your lifetime. There is still a healthy and easy remedy for that.
